Should you be unhappy with your order, which is rare, please contact us within 14 days from date of delivery of your order. When contacting us, please ensure you quote your order number and state which items you wish to return. You will be given an RMA number. Please ensure you enclose your RMA number within your returns, failure to do so can cause delays in processing your return. It can easily turn into a game of Where’s Wally!

Please ensure you return all products in their original condition along with any accessories in the same condition that you received your order. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure all returns are received by us, we recommend you obtain proof of postage or return items using a tracked service.

we aim to process all returns within 3 working days. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to process. Refunds to Credit & Debit cards can take 3-5 working days to appear on your statement.

We do not accept any returns on any Beard brushes / combs or personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights

Should you have received a faulty item, you have up to 28 working days to return the item. Please contact us to organise a return. We will provide a pre-paid returns label. All returns will be inspected to prevent misuse of our returns policy. Products which have been returned as a result of customer misuse will not be eligible for refunds / replacements

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Grooming Accessories due to hygiene reasons
  • All Personalised Items
  • Items which have been returned damaged
  • Items missing their packaging or accessories
