We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as and when posted updated on our website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions each time you access our website. Your continued use of our website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Terms and Conditions.
1. Placing an order
1.1. By placing an order on www.lymyted.com, you are making an offer to purchase from us. Your offer to purchase does not form a binding contract until it is accepted by us. Lymyted Ltd may or may not accept at our sole discretion.
1.2 Our website allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take time to ensure you are happy with your order. We are unable to modify orders once an order has been placed.
1.3. On receipt of your order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to the email address provided upon checkout. This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. This email serves only as an acknowledgement that your order has been received and is being processed. It is not acceptance of your offer to purchase goods.
1.4. We will check product availability and contact you by email (dispatch confirmation) that your order has been accepted. This email is our acceptance of your order and will display details of your order including price and what products you have ordered.
2.1. All products are prices individually on the website.
2.2. We always try to ensure that prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details provided when placing your order. You will have the choice of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, we will issue a full refund. If you confirm, you will be required to pay the difference before delivery.
2.3. Delivery costs will be displayed automatically based on the delivery country. For further information, please visit our delivery page.
3.1. We will take payment from your credit card, debit card, PayPal, Alipay or WeChat as soon as you place your order.
3.2. We currently accept Visa Credit / Debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron, PayPal, Alipay and WeChat.
3.3. All our prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling. Your bank may charge their own exchange rate where the payment currency differs from your account.
3.4. All transactions are secure. We do not store any payment details on our server. Your card provider may carry out additional checks to confirm it is you making the order.
3.5. Orders may be subject to delay, should we need to carry out additional checks.
4. Voucher Codes
4.1. Voucher codes cannot be redeemed against sale items.
4.2. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
4.3. Voucher codes have a cash redemption value of £0.001p and are not transferable.
4.4. We reserve the right to cancel voucher codes at any time without notice and without giving a reason.
5.1. All products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product following our acceptance of your order, we will notify you as soon as we can.
5.2. All images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display those images accurately, we are unable to guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflect the products. Products may vary from images.
6. Personalised Products
6.1. Any personalised products are personalised as per your instructions. Please take care to ensure there are no errors. Once an order has been accepted, we will personalise your product exactly as you have instructed us to do so.
6.2. All personalised products are excluded from return.
7.1. All U.K. orders are delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.
7.2. Orders placed by customers in Europe are normally delivered within 7-10 working days from date of dispatch. Customers in remote areas are advised delivery can take up to 20 working days. Final Delivery is completed by the national postal carrier of your country.
7.3. Orders placed by customers in Rest of the world are advised that delivery can take up to 10-15 working days and in rare circumstances up to 25 working days. Final Delivery is completed by the national postal carrier of your country.
7.4. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, custom duties or taxes which are your responsibility. We are unable to advise on any charges which may apply.
7.5. If you do not pay these local import/custom duties or taxes then the product may be returned to us or destroyed. Please note, that in these circumstances we are unable to refund your purchase.
8. Damage/Loss in Transit.
8.1. We accept no liability for any loss resulting from the Buyer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non delivery of products.
8.2. Products should be inspected on receipt. Should there be any products missing or any damage, you should inform us within 3 working days from date of delivery.
8.3. Damaged products must be retained for inspection at the company’s discretion.
8.4. Damaged products returned to the company will only be accepted alongside an RMA number.
8.5. Any non receipt claims should be made after 10 working days for customers within the U.K. and 15 working days for all customers outside the U.K.
9.1. All orders can be returned within 14 days from date of delivery except for personalised products or beard related products due to hygiene reasons.
9.2. All products must be returned in their original condition, including any accessories and packaging it may have come in.
9.3. To cancel your order, simply contact us. A member of our team will provide you with an RMA number and advise how you can return your unwanted products to us.
9.4. It is your responsibility that all returns are received in the same condition that they were sent. We advise all returns to be sent securely requiring a signature upon delivery. Please retain your proof of postage.
9.5. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days from receiving your return.
9.6. We are unable to offer refunds on any beard related products due to hygiene reasons.

12.1. Use of www.lymyted.com is governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in any dispute which may arise concerning the Contract.
